About the EIDEv3 PCB

EIDEv3 is an open source AVR/Arduino PCB design by mobiluckvn, published on GitHub. It is a board, with 7 components from 4 distinct parts.

Its main chip is the ATmega328P, from the AVR/Arduino family. Other key parts include the A4988 and MPU6050.

It belongs with the robotics & motion designs in this gallery.

EIDEv3: common questions

What microcontroller does the EIDEv3 use?

The EIDEv3 is built around the ATmega328P, from the AVR/Arduino family.

How many components are on the EIDEv3?

7 components, from 4 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the EIDEv3 design files?

From the mobiluckvn/EIDEv3 repository on GitHub, which has a netlist; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the EIDEv3 design in my own project?

The repository has no license, so all rights stay with mobiluckvn. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.

Can I test firmware for the EIDEv3 without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug AVR/Arduino firmware against it before you order a PCB.
