This is my custom made 75% rgb mechanical keyboard
This is my custom made 75% rgb mechanical keyboard, it has per-key lights and hot swapable key switches.
Because i have a laptop and i haven't had any actual separate keyboard experience, so i wanted to have one, and thought it would be nice for me to make my own for flexing on my fellows and solidify my PCB desiging knowledge.

RGB-Mechanical-KEEB-: common questions
What microcontroller does the RGB-Mechanical-KEEB- use?
The RGB-Mechanical-KEEB- is built around the STM32F072CBT6, from the STM32 family.
How big is the RGB-Mechanical-KEEB- PCB?
The RGB-Mechanical-KEEB- measures 315.6 × 164.9 mm, has 4 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the RGB-Mechanical-KEEB-?
278 components, from 23 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the RGB-Mechanical-KEEB- design files?
From the MohamedAlDeep/RGB-Mechanical-KEEB- repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the RGB-Mechanical-KEEB- design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with MohamedAlDeep. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the RGB-Mechanical-KEEB- without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug STM32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
