About the Cinar s-Meeting-Pad PCB

Cinar s-Meeting-Pad is an open source RP2040/RP2350 PCB design by NOOBJAMES345, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 84.1 × 57.4 mm, with 9 components from 4 distinct parts.

Its main chip is the XIAO-RP2040-DIP, from the RP2040/RP2350 family. By type, the board carries 7 switches, 1 IC and 1 LED.

It belongs with the keyboards and displays & leds designs in this gallery.

From the project

I made a macropad to use in meetings on all platforms.

This is a custom RP2040-based macropad designed to streamline meetings. It features 6 mechanical switches, a rotary encoder for volume control, and an OLED display. The design is complete and ready for assembly once the parts are received.

The following components are required for this build. The design is optimized for the parts provided by the Hack Club Blueprint grant.

Cinar s-Meeting-Pad: common questions

What microcontroller does the Cinar s-Meeting-Pad use?

The Cinar s-Meeting-Pad is built around the XIAO-RP2040-DIP, from the RP2040/RP2350 family.

How big is the Cinar s-Meeting-Pad PCB?

The Cinar s-Meeting-Pad measures 84.1 × 57.4 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the Cinar s-Meeting-Pad?

9 components, from 4 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Cinar s-Meeting-Pad design files?

From the NOOBJAMES345/Cinar-s-Meeting-Pad repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Cinar s-Meeting-Pad design in my own project?

Yes, under the terms of its MIT license, which NOOBJAMES345 chose for the repository.

Can I test firmware for the Cinar s-Meeting-Pad without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug RP2040/RP2350 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
