A power management PCB designed to charge a lithium-ion battery and power a low-power Arduino application
For this application, I would like the Arduino to last as long as possible on battery power. To reduce it's power consumption I referenced the following two articles: The Arduino Guide to Low Power Design, Arduino minimal power usage, and Power saving techniques for microprocessors . A lot of the common techniques involved disabling unused peripherals, reducing clock speeds, and forcing the CPU into a low power mode.
