From the project
6-layer USB 2.0 to Gigabit Ethernet module (LAN7500) — validated at ~350 Mbps, production-ready KiCad design with fabrication files
A compact, production-ready USB-to-Gigabit-Ethernet conversion module based on the Microchip LAN7500. Originally developed as a standalone board to validate the USB-to-Ethernet subsystem used in a 6-layer Nvidia Jetson carrier board for autonomous UAV platforms. The circuit has been prototyped, tested, and proven in the field — achieving ~350 Mbps throughput (USB 2.0 High-Speed limit). The LAN7500 enumerates as a Gigabit device and negotiates the maximum link speed available on the host interface.
