About the Mini-Amplifier PCB
Mini-Amplifier is an open source PCB design by RetroStack, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 57 × 30 mm, with 23 components from 21 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the LM386. By type, the board carries 8 capacitors, 6 connectors, 6 resistors, 1 IC and 1 transistor.
It belongs with the audio and rf & radio designs in this gallery.
From the project
A replica of a common mini amplifier sold by Radio Shack
This project is a replica of the iconic Amplifier and Speaker, a popular accessory sold by Radio Shack in the late '70s and early '80s, commonly paired with the TRS-80 Model 1.
In the "Latest" folder, you'll find the most up-to-date design files, including:
- Gerber files suitable for popular online PCB manufacturers like PCBWay and JLCPCB. Most manufacturers should be fine with either. - A Bill of Materials (BOM) in both CSV and PDF formats. (Also, see the list below.) - The full schematics. - 3D Objects of Base, Lid, and Tab for 3D printing. - Labels of Schematic and Warning in SVG, AI…
