About the Teacup interposer PCB

Teacup interposer is an open source PCB design by thingino, published on GitHub under the GPL-3.0 license. It is a 4-layer board measuring 133.4 × 31.3 mm, with 29 components from 11 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the T31ZX and W25Q32JVSS. By type, the board carries 22 capacitors, 3 resistors, 2 ICs, 1 crystal and 1 connector.

It belongs with the dev boards & breakouts designs in this gallery.

From the project

Universal Ingenic SoC development platform: one carrier + per-SoC interposer modules (T10 through A1, any package) on a DDR4 card edge, with an ESP32-S3 BMC for autonomous LLM-driven development.

A universal development platform for any Ingenic SoC — T10, T20, T21, T23, T30, T31, T32, T33, T40, T41, and the A1 NVR processor — regardless of package (QFN88 / QFN96 / BGA232 / BGA356 / BGA381).

Two boards: - a carrier — the universal baseboard: adjustable SoC power, all peripherals, full pin breakout, and an on-board ESP32-S3 management controller so an agent (an LLM, CI, or a human) can drive the target wired or wireless — flash, reset, boot-select, console, and voltage-margin it hands-off; - a small per-SoC interposer — the SoC + its package fanout + clock + decoupling + straps (+…
