About the Dimensioner v1 PCB
Dimensioner v1 is an open source ESP32 PCB design by anshsinghcoder, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 74 × 77.5 mm, with 22 components from 17 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the ESP32-WROOM-32, from the ESP32 family. Other key parts include the AMS1117-3.3. By type, the board carries 7 connectors, 4 capacitors, 3 resistors, 2 ICs, 2 switches and 1 transistor.
It belongs with the iot & wireless, displays & leds and sensors designs in this gallery.
From the project
the dimensioning machine that does not requires you to sell your soul amount of money.
Overview: MAAP-1 Utilizes a custom ESP32-based PCB, 3 LiDAR sensors to instantly calculate the length , height and width of any parcel . Designed for logistics, warehouses . i have included electronics components make sure u add it in your cad library. sorry though not much room for customisation many pins are used , feel free to play around with the scematics if u wish - it also features a camera system which snaps images along side the dim . how ever please make sure the camera module u use comes with a sd slot or just add a pin.

Dimensioner v1: common questions
What microcontroller does the Dimensioner v1 use?
The Dimensioner v1 is built around the ESP32-WROOM-32, from the ESP32 family.
How big is the Dimensioner v1 PCB?
The Dimensioner v1 measures 74 × 77.5 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Dimensioner v1?
22 components, from 17 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Dimensioner v1 design files?
From the anshsinghcoder/dimensioner-v1 repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Dimensioner v1 design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with anshsinghcoder. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the Dimensioner v1 without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug ESP32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
