About the Hackpad PCB
Hackpad is an open source RP2040/RP2350 PCB design by AYUSH-pro-grammer, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 95 × 75 mm, with 20 components from 4 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the XIAO-RP2040-DIP, from the RP2040/RP2350 family. Other key parts include the DM-OLED096-636. By type, the board carries 9 switches, 9 diodes and 2 ICs.
It belongs with the keyboards and displays & leds designs in this gallery.

Hi there! Here is my personal Hack Club macropad.
Hi there! Here is my personal Hack Club macropad.
It is a compact 3x3 keyboard meant for shortcuts, programming and gaming. The keyboard consists of a Seeed XIAO RP2040 microcontroller, OLED screen, and mechanical switches.

Hackpad: common questions
What microcontroller does the Hackpad use?
The Hackpad is built around the XIAO-RP2040-DIP, from the RP2040/RP2350 family.
How big is the Hackpad PCB?
The Hackpad measures 95 × 75 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Hackpad?
20 components, from 4 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Hackpad design files?
From the AYUSH-pro-grammer/hackpad repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Hackpad design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with AYUSH-pro-grammer. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the Hackpad without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug RP2040/RP2350 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
