This repo documents the NODE Systems DATAPAC, rampac, and a new clone, the MiniNDP.
The NODE Systems DATAPAC/rampac was a popular ram disk peripheral for TRS-80 / TANDY Models 100, 102, & 200 computers.
The schematic and PCB below documents the DATAPAC.
rampac is a smaller later version of the same device that uses fewer larger sram chips and replaces most of the discrete logic IC's with a single PLD, but functions exactly the same.
