A 40-pin RCBus module to host the Xosera FPGA-based retro graphics adapter

Xosera is an FPGA based "retro" graphics adapter created by @Xark. Check out the link to see all of its features (which are summarized in the image below). Xosera was originally designed for the rosco_m68k single board computer and the bus interface for that board. But, Xosera features a simple 8-bit data bus with a few control signals. So, this project is a "port" of Xosera to the RCBus bus interface.
