From the project

Open Source PCB and software for modern bluetooth headphones. This specific design was for hockey helmets, but this easily could be used to just make normal headphones or a custom headset. This project gives full part list as well as how to program the device. Working and Tested Project!

Feel free to email us with any questions you may have regarding this project, this is a very large project and you may have additional questions.

Custom Bluetooth stereo headphones designed to fit inside a hockey helmet. The project uses separate left- and right-ear PCBs, a Microchip BM83 Bluetooth audio module, two helmet-mounted speakers, an onboard digital microphone, media-control buttons, USB-C power/charging, and custom 3D-printable housings.
