From the project
a bluetooth enabled devboard using the nrf52840 chip
An nRF52840 dev board made to be embedded in a custom mechanical keyboard, with as many pins broken out as possible within JLCPCB's 6-layer specs.
BluBoard is a custom nRF52840 development board built for use inside a mechanical keyboard. The main goal was to break out as many GPIO pins as possible and also having proper RF capabilities most off-the-shelf options such as the nice nano is powerful, but comes at high cost while having low gpio count, this board tries to fix that.

BluBoard: common questions
What microcontroller does the BluBoard use?
The BluBoard is built around the C190794, from the Nordic nRF family.
How big is the BluBoard PCB?
The BluBoard measures 25.8 × 51.2 mm, has 6 copper layers and is 1.6376 mm thick.
How many components are on the BluBoard?
51 components, from 34 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the BluBoard design files?
From the cubit010/BluBoard repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the BluBoard design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with cubit010. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the BluBoard without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug Nordic nRF firmware against it before you order a PCB.
