About the Batt Rev20 PCB
Batt Rev20 is an open source PCB design by curtisseizert, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 112 × 100 mm, with 53 components from 21 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the BQ77915-08. By type, the board carries 24 resistors, 9 transistors, 8 capacitors, 4 battery holders, 4 diodes and 2 connectors.
It belongs with the audio and power & battery designs in this gallery.
From the project
A 0.01Hz-1+MHz low noise amplifier
Current Status -------------- I have made two of these and have done a fair amount of testing to nail down root causes of some of the issues (see later in this readme) that have proven to be a bit of a nuisance. I am also moving things around a bit on the battery and battery charger boards to allow a board-to-board connection of the two and increase the clearance between the battery board and the amplifier board. I have also tested improvements to the input stage that significantly reduce the low frequency noise, lowering the 1/f corner to <1 Hz. These are detailed in the issues section #7.
