About the Adaptative-Traffic-System PCB
Adaptative-Traffic-System is an open source ESP32 PCB design by djangmahprince, published on GitHub. It is a board, with 43 components from 11 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the ESP32-WROOM-32, from the ESP32 family. Other key parts include the RC522. By type, the board carries 23 resistors, 12 diodes, 6 capacitors and 2 ICs.
It belongs with the sensors, iot & wireless and dev boards & breakouts designs in this gallery.
From the project
An AI-based intelligent traffic congestion prediction and control system for a four-lane Ghanaian road intersection, combining ESP32 microcontrollers, HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors, RC522 RFID modules, and a Random Forest ML classifier to adaptively time signals and prioritize emergency vehicles.
Scope confirmed with project owner: schematic + wiring documentation for the breadboard/ cardboard-model prototype (not a fabricated PCB), powered via USB from a laptop or USB power bank (not a standalone battery rig). This document is the master reference; see also:

Adaptative-Traffic-System: common questions
What microcontroller does the Adaptative-Traffic-System use?
The Adaptative-Traffic-System is built around the ESP32-WROOM-32, from the ESP32 family.
How many components are on the Adaptative-Traffic-System?
43 components, from 11 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Adaptative-Traffic-System design files?
From the djangmahprince/Adaptative-Traffic-System repository on GitHub, which has the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Adaptative-Traffic-System design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with djangmahprince. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the Adaptative-Traffic-System without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug ESP32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
