Device to test cyclic load on piezoelectric sensors
This directory contains the ESP32 firmware for PiezoTester V2.0. It is built with ESP-IDF and implements the real-time measurement, calibration, electromagnet control, session logic, and UART command interface used by the desktop application.
- Reads the ADS1219-based load path - Reconstructs piezoresistive sensor resistance - Calibrates the load cell and the sensor path - Drives the electromagnet through PWM - Learns an empirical PWM-to-load model - Executes standard, ramp, and hysteresis tests - Stores calibration data and learned model points in NVS - Streams results and status to the…

Urzadzenie badawcze V2: common questions
What microcontroller does the Urzadzenie badawcze V2 use?
The Urzadzenie badawcze V2 is built around the CH340C, from the ESP32 family.
How big is the Urzadzenie badawcze V2 PCB?
The Urzadzenie badawcze V2 measures 91.4 × 71.7 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Urzadzenie badawcze V2?
17 components, from 13 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Urzadzenie badawcze V2 design files?
From the JakubJasiejko/PiezoTester_V2.0 repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Urzadzenie badawcze V2 design in my own project?
Yes, under the terms of its MIT license, which JakubJasiejko chose for the repository.
Can I test firmware for the Urzadzenie badawcze V2 without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug ESP32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
