Ps2 mouse to serial port adapter in a box is an open source AVR/Arduino PCB design by knightfox75, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 90 × 70 mm, with 24 components from 20 distinct parts.

Its main chip is the Arduino NANO v3, from the AVR/Arduino family. Other key parts include the 74LS00, L78L05 and L7805. By type, the board carries 6 capacitors, 5 resistors, 4 diodes, 3 ICs, 3 connectors and 1 module.

From the project

An Arduino-based converter for connecting a PS/2 mouse to a serial port.
