About the Airmon PCB

Airmon is an open source PCB design by lordkev, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 42 × 55 mm, with 18 components from 15 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the AP2112K-3.3TRG1 and SHT40-AD1B-R2. By type, the board carries 5 connectors, 4 capacitors, 4 resistors, 2 ICs, 1 transistor and 1 fuse.

It belongs with the sensors designs in this gallery.

Open airmon.kicadsch and airmon.kicadpcb in KiCad 10. Local symbols, footprints, and STEP models are included. The carrier is 42 × 55 mm overall, with a ventilated SHT40 tongue and optional PMSA003I mating socket.

Read hardware and ordering before sending files to a manufacturer. Exact display-board connector identification and the supplied PM socket fit remain unresolved physical checks. ERC/DRC results apply to the digital design and do not remove these release gates.

Airmon: common questions

How big is the Airmon PCB?

The Airmon measures 42 × 55 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the Airmon?

18 components, from 15 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Airmon design files?

From the lordkev/airmon repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Airmon design in my own project?

The repository has no license, so all rights stay with lordkev. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
