It belongs with the audio and dev boards & breakouts designs in this gallery.
From the project
Raspberry Pi HAT driving a 5 V analog RGB LED strip (common anode) from an ESP32-S3, with ambilight over UART and an optional I2S audio input.

Built to replace the cheap IR controller shipped with a generic 4-pin RGB strip.
Six exposed 1.5 mm pads, silkscreen-labelled, reachable with the HAT seated on a Pi.
Two grounds sit diagonally opposite so a probe is never far from a reference.

Rgb led audio: common questions
What microcontroller does the Rgb led audio use?
The Rgb led audio is built around the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1, from the ESP32 family.
How many components are on the Rgb led audio?
46 components, from 30 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Rgb led audio design files?
From the matthieupoupin3704-alt/rgb-led-audio repository on GitHub, which has the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Rgb led audio design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with matthieupoupin3704-alt. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the Rgb led audio without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug ESP32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
