About the VC4000MultiROM PCB
VC4000MultiROM is an open source AVR/Arduino PCB design by mkeller0815, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 160 × 100 mm, with 55 components from 22 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the Arduino_Nano, from the AVR/Arduino family. Other key parts include the 74HC595, 6264, 74HC245, 74HC00 and 74HC32. By type, the board carries 20 resistors, 12 ICs, 11 capacitors, 7 connectors and 5 switches.

Hardware files for the MultiRom Cartridge =========================================
You need KiCad 4.0 or later to open the project files.
The file MultiRomCard-cache.lib is included here for convenience. If you have the KiCad standard symbol libraries installed, you do not need this file. Currently, the only items from the standard libraries are the schematic symbols for the 74HC595 Shift Register and the 74HC245 Bus Transciever. All other schematic symbols are custom made and included in MultiRomCard.lib.

VC4000MultiROM: common questions
What microcontroller does the VC4000MultiROM use?
The VC4000MultiROM is built around the Arduino_Nano, from the AVR/Arduino family.
How big is the VC4000MultiROM PCB?
The VC4000MultiROM measures 160 × 100 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the VC4000MultiROM?
55 components, from 22 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the VC4000MultiROM design files?
From the mkeller0815/VC4000MultiROM repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the VC4000MultiROM design in my own project?
Yes, under the terms of its MIT license, which mkeller0815 chose for the repository.
Can I test firmware for the VC4000MultiROM without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug AVR/Arduino firmware against it before you order a PCB.
