It belongs with the dev boards & breakouts designs in this gallery.
From the project
Open source repository for storing the files for the RP235X-B Evaluator, an RP235X-B Evaluation board.
Mind the name of the files, there is plans to eventually add an FPGA add on board for this. Stay tuned! :)

RP235X-B-Evaluator: common questions
What microcontroller does the RP235X-B-Evaluator use?
The RP235X-B-Evaluator is built around the RP235X-B, from the Raspberry Pi family.
How big is the RP235X-B-Evaluator PCB?
The RP235X-B-Evaluator measures 50 × 50 mm, has 4 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the RP235X-B-Evaluator?
61 components, from 29 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the RP235X-B-Evaluator design files?
From the Oak-Development-Technologies/RP235X-B-Evaluator repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the RP235X-B-Evaluator design in my own project?
Yes, under the terms of its CERN-OHL-P-2.0 license, which Oak-Development-Technologies chose for the repository.
Can I test firmware for the RP235X-B-Evaluator without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug Raspberry Pi firmware against it before you order a PCB.
