About the Analog signal conditioning PCB

Analog signal conditioning is an open source PCB design by sish1ka, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 60.5 × 40 mm, with 9 components from 6 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the LM358. By type, the board carries 3 connectors, 3 resistors, 2 capacitors and 1 IC.

It belongs with the sensors designs in this gallery.

From the project

Analog sensor signal-conditioning PCB designed and simulated using LTspice and KiCad.

This project involves the design of a small analog signal-conditioning circuit intended to convert a 0–1 V sensor signal into a 0–3 V output suitable for microcontroller ADC interfacing.

The circuit was designed and simulated using LTspice and implemented as a 2-layer PCB using KiCad.

- Design an analog amplification stage - Implement low-pass filtering - Maintain an ADC-compatible 0–3 V output - Verify circuit behavior through simulation - Design and verify a 2-layer PCB

Analog signal conditioning: common questions

How big is the Analog signal conditioning PCB?

The Analog signal conditioning measures 60.5 × 40 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the Analog signal conditioning?

9 components, from 6 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Analog signal conditioning design files?

From the sish1ka/analog-signal-conditioning-pcb repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Analog signal conditioning design in my own project?

The repository has no license, so all rights stay with sish1ka. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
