From the project
A version of the DIAG64cart, this mainly changes components for the ones I've already got and adds a lot of LEDs. It's a blinkenlight project for diagnostic usage.

Add the capacitors that are next to the sockets, these are only for decoupling and are not of the kind that is polarized - personally I tend to solder them in so that, if possible, you can see the printing on the side. The electrolytic capacitor on the bottom left corner, but we need to check that we have a component that will fit first - the faceplate will sit 8mm above the main PCB.
