About the Volumer PCB
Volumer is an open source RP2040/RP2350 PCB design by ThePurpleOne, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 4-layer board measuring 90 × 80 mm, with 38 components from 16 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the RP2040, from the RP2040/RP2350 family. Other key parts include the W25Q128JVS and LD1117S33TR. By type, the board carries 15 capacitors, 8 resistors, 4 diodes, 3 ICs, 2 switches and 1 crystal.
From the project
Hardware module to easily control Individual Windows app volumes, just like the volume Mixer.
Accessing this window is a pain, especially if you're in game and you need to quickly lower that annoying SCREAMING discord friend in order to hear some terrorist footsteps.
Then you can install the software on the PC and flash the firmware on the Board: - Install the PC app - Install/Update Board Firmware
There is no case for now, don't hesitate to contribute ! Here is the dimensions

Volumer: common questions
What microcontroller does the Volumer use?
The Volumer is built around the RP2040, from the RP2040/RP2350 family.
How big is the Volumer PCB?
The Volumer measures 90 × 80 mm, has 4 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Volumer?
38 components, from 16 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Volumer design files?
From the ThePurpleOne/volumer repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Volumer design in my own project?
Yes, under the terms of its MIT license, which ThePurpleOne chose for the repository.
Can I test firmware for the Volumer without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug RP2040/RP2350 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
