For screws and similar items, it is recommended to find the cheapest in your location. Next 3D print the case from here here and ensure the PCB fits once it arrives. Next solder on all of the components and screw the PCB into the case! Finally flash the firmware onto it from here (you might have to build the file on you own computer)
