From the project
A0 IoT Gateway
A0 is the base board of the modular A0 IoT gateway, built around an ESP32-C6 module (RISC-V, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5, IEEE 802.15.4).
The ESP32-C6 is Espressif's first Wi-Fi 6 SoC, integrating 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), Bluetooth 5 (LE) and IEEE 802.15.4 (Thread/Zigbee) radio connectivity in a single low-power chip (product page).
Wi-Fi 6 features (OFDMA, MU-MIMO, TWT) deliver low latency and long battery life even in congested RF environments, while combined Wi-Fi + BLE + 802.15.4 support makes it a natural fit for Matter end-point devices, Thread Border Routers, and Zigbee bridges.
