About the Analog wake trigger PCB
Analog wake trigger is an open source PCB design by antonio-mariano, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a board, with 44 components from 16 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the LM393 and NE555P. By type, the board carries 21 resistors, 6 transistors, 6 capacitors, 4 diodes and 3 ICs.
It belongs with the sensors designs in this gallery.
From the project
A compact analog module that monitors the pressure sensors used in the sleep-monitor repository and generates a clean digital wake signal to the microcontroller whenever movement is detected.
A compact analog module that monitors the velostat pressure sensors used in the github.com/antonio-mariano/sleep-monitor project and generates a clean digital wake signal whenever movement is detected.
Although designed specifically for integration with sleep-monitor, the module can also be used in similar systems or as a standalone movement detector.
This README focuses on circuit assembly, usage, and integration. A detailed explanation of the circuit architecture, design rationale, and the analog techniques behind it is available at: 👉 docs/design_notes.md
