Scope: schematic, plus a partially-placed PCB. The mechanically-constrained parts are placed; the rest are staged off-board for manual placement. Nothing is routed yet.
The merge is in two parts: joining the two circuits, and then removing the redundancy that a single board makes pointless. 169 parts / 61 BOM lines → 156 parts / 53 BOM lines.
