SDC3-40 NTC emulator for remote temperature setpoint

KiCad 9 project for the wireless room sensor of the Smile SDC3-40PM, as described in docs/design-notes.md. On the board: - ESP32-S3 DevKit on sockets - ISO1540 I2C isolator, Gaptec 1S4E_0509S1U isolated 9 V supply + L78L05, AD5272 digital rheostat - Omron G5V-2 fail-safe relay with state sense - reverse-polarity protection on the 5 V input - isolated UART to the SDC service port - power and relay LEDs, and an expansion header
