About the Quango Controls PCB

Quango Controls is an open source PCB design by dchwebb, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 80.8 × 110 mm, with 37 components from 20 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the STF202-22T1G and LED. By type, the board carries 11 connectors, 4 modules, 4 LEDs, 3 switches, 2 resistors and 1 IC.

It belongs with the audio designs in this gallery.

From the project

Eurorack polyphonic controller

Quango is a combined MIDI interface, VCA and envelope for controlling four voice polyphonic Eurorack Modular Oscillators. Polyphonic signal interconnections are made via RJ-45 cables (ie Ethernet cables).

Quango can control two VCOs simultaneously, supplying 1V/Octave pitch information and then shaping the returned audio using 8 ADSR envelopes controlling VCAs for each voice.
