About the 1p6V to m1p6V bias gum PCB

1p6V to m1p6V bias gum is an open source PCB design by esl-epfl, published on GitHub. It is a 4-layer board measuring 15.2 × 34.3 mm, with 25 components from 16 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the TPS72301, TLV75801PDBV, MCP4726 and 24AA02E-OT. By type, the board carries 10 capacitors, 9 resistors, 4 ICs, 1 connector and 1 test point.

It belongs with the usb & debug tools designs in this gallery.

From the project

This is a set of PCBs to test, in principle, X-HEEP chips (CHEEPs)... but, you can use it to test any chip you want, for what it matters.

This is a set of PCBs to test, in principle, X-HEEP chips (CHEEPs)... but, you can use it to test any chip you want, for what it matters.

The general idea is to recycle efforts, so all the things that are common to any CHEEP were moved into a main board. This one includes an FTDI through which you can program or communicate with your cheep, as well as some peripherals like flash, buttons, LEDs, etc. The main board also generates all the voltages needed by these blocks.
