About the Accessory board

Accessory board is an open source PCB design by felixzero, published on GitHub under the GPL-3.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 123.2 × 55.3 mm, with 57 components from 51 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the C8728, C133174, C7512, PCA9685PW and PCA9536D. By type, the board carries 29 connectors, 8 ICs, 8 capacitors, 5 resistors, 4 diodes and 2 jumpers.

It belongs with the robotics & motion designs in this gallery.

From the project

Repository for the ESCROCS team for the french robotics cup 2020!

This PCB is a fairly large PCB meant for driving various types of actuators: - up to 16 analog servos (typically MG-996 servos) - up to 2 5V or 12V unipolar steppers - up to 4 pumps or other 12V DC devices (2 x 500mA + 2 x 1A)

It does not require any firmware as it make use of NXP's I2C controller chips.
