Diseño Básico de Circuito para Disparo PCB CO2
Diseño completo de la electrónica de control y disparo para un láser CO₂ Coherent C-30 / GEM-30: análisis del circuito, simulación validada en LTspice, proyecto KiCad 10 con la PCB colocada y ruteada al 100 %, archivos de fabricación y estimación de costos.
El láser se controla por un conector RJ-45 (Tabla 4-1 del manual GEM-30). La placa:
1. Se alimenta del Pin 2 (+15 V, 250 mA) del propio láser → PTC → 7805 → +5 V. Sin los 48 V del láser no hay lógica, así que ninguna señal de control puede activarse antes de tiempo. 2. Impone por hardware los 30 s de preionización que exige el fabricante…
