Board is at 0 DRC errors and 0 unconnected items — fully routed.

All 14 unconnected items from the previous pass (was 499 originally) have been resolved, including the last 6 hold-outs around the U13 radar BGA corner (GND ball M12, an In2/GND stub near (56.9, 16.0), C34 pad 1, U21 pad 26, a split GND plane island on In1, and an NRESET In1↔F gap) — these needed hand-routing (via-in-pad style connections plus small shoves of a couple of neighboring nets — FTRXD, GPIO4 — that were…

Dev board: common questions

What microcontroller does the Dev board use?

The Dev board is built around the RP2350_80QFN, from the RP2040/RP2350 family.

How big is the Dev board?

The Dev board measures 100 × 50 mm, has 4 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the Dev board?

172 components, from 57 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Dev board design files?

From the iamdarshg/dev-board repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Dev board design in my own project?

The repository has no license, so all rights stay with iamdarshg. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.

Can I test firmware for the Dev board without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug RP2040/RP2350 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
