About the Wifi-Death-V1 PCB

Wifi-Death-V1 is an open source ESP32 PCB design by izaanhussain, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 66 × 50.3 mm, with 6 components from 3 distinct parts.

Its main chip is the ESP32_C3_Super_Mini, from the ESP32 family. Other key parts include the ER_OLEDM0.91_1x-I2C. By type, the board carries 4 switches and 2 ICs.

It belongs with the iot & wireless and displays & leds designs in this gallery.

This project is currently at the PCB completed / firmware development stage. Iam working on the firmware will upload it soon.

WiFi Death V1 is a small custom ESP32-C3 based hardware project that I designed from the ground up.The idea started when i saw a video of spacehunns esp8266 deauther and i knew i wanted to make this but with different board like the c3.

Wifi-Death-V1: common questions

What microcontroller does the Wifi-Death-V1 use?

The Wifi-Death-V1 is built around the ESP32_C3_Super_Mini, from the ESP32 family.

How big is the Wifi-Death-V1 PCB?

The Wifi-Death-V1 measures 66 × 50.3 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the Wifi-Death-V1?

6 components, from 3 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Wifi-Death-V1 design files?

From the izaanhussain/Wifi-Death-V1 repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Wifi-Death-V1 design in my own project?

The repository has no license, so all rights stay with izaanhussain. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.

Can I test firmware for the Wifi-Death-V1 without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug ESP32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
