About the Automatic hand sanitizer PCB

Automatic hand sanitizer is an open source PCB design by JKCadilo14-CpE, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 86.4 × 35.6 mm, with 5 components from 5 distinct parts.

By type, the board carries 3 connectors, 1 transistor and 1 resistor.

From the project

Collection of electronic circuits I designed, tested, and documented using KiCad

A beginner-friendly automatic sanitizer pump controller using an IR sensor module input, TIP32C transistor switching stage, and DC pump connection.

This project demonstrates a simple sensor-controlled pump switch. The schematic provides an IR sensor module input at J3, a TIP32C transistor switching stage, and a DC pump connection at J2.

When the sensor module input changes state, the transistor stage responds and controls the pump connection. Verified prototype behavior is documented separately under Verified Prototype Observations.
