About the BME280Breakout PCB

BME280Breakout is an open source PCB design by mpkendall, published on GitHub under the GPL-3.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 23.3 × 18.9 mm, with 9 components from 7 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the C891320. By type, the board carries 4 capacitors, 2 connectors, 2 resistors and 1 IC.

It belongs with the sensors, dev boards & breakouts and power & battery designs in this gallery.

From the project

Set of expansion boards, sensor breakouts, and additional modules to operate with the Tiny4FSK tracking system.

Code in the Tiny4FSK repository already implements automatic sensor, SD card, and screen scanning and initialization. Functions pertaining to these features are configurable in both config.h and the main Tiny4FSK.ino file.

To get started, solder female headers to the 2.54mm pins on the back side of the shield. To interface with the Tiny4FSK board, additionally solder 2.54mm male header rows to the USB, power, and data headers on the Tiny4FSK. Mounting them for alignment may assist with soldering.
