About the Esp32-olcum karti PCB

Esp32-olcum karti is an open source ESP32 PCB design by Muhammet933321, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a board, with 84 components from 37 distinct parts.

Its main chip is the ESP32-S3, from the ESP32 family. Other key parts include the TL431LP, LM358, TL072, ADS1115 #1 akim and ADS1115 #2 gerilim. By type, the board carries 41 resistors, 20 capacitors, 8 ICs, 7 connectors, 4 diodes and 3 transistors.

It belongs with the iot & wireless and test & measurement designs in this gallery.

From the project

A voltmeter, ammeter, wattmeter, energy counter, oscilloscope and battery capacity tester on one board. ESP32-S3 + two 16-bit ADCs, driven entirely from a web browser — from a phone with no computer involved, or from a PC over USB.

The wattmeter is the reason for most of the engineering in here. Measuring power correctly means the voltage and current samples must describe the same instant and pass through matched filters — two things that turned out to be false in earlier revisions and cost a large fraction of this project's effort to fix.

Esp32-olcum karti: common questions

What microcontroller does the Esp32-olcum karti use?

The Esp32-olcum karti is built around the ESP32-S3, from the ESP32 family.

How many components are on the Esp32-olcum karti?

84 components, from 37 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Esp32-olcum karti design files?

From the Muhammet933321/esp32-olcum-karti repository on GitHub, which has the schematic and a netlist; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Esp32-olcum karti design in my own project?

Yes, under the terms of its MIT license, which Muhammet933321 chose for the repository.

Can I test firmware for the Esp32-olcum karti without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug ESP32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
