Fire-28-a3 is an open source RP2040/RP2350 PCB design by piersfinlayson: a 2-layer, 18.9 × 36.7 mm board with 42 components (21 distinct parts). It is built around the RP2350_60QFN, 28 Pin ROM, AP2112K-3.3, USBLC6-2P6 and more. Filed under retro computing.

The most flexible and powerful ROM replacement for retro systems - using a Raspberry Pi RP2350 microcontroller.

Verified - both RP2350 and RP2354 versions.

A3 revision of the 28 pin Fire ROM board. Combined USB/Pro version with USB-C and SWD header pins.

This design only differs from A2 in correcting the SWD CLK/DIO silkscreen labels.

- CLK/DIO silkscreen labels swapped to correct positions.

There are two versions of the BOM/POS files:

- The original version with an RP2350A and external flash - A lower cost version with an RP2354A and no external flash
