About the Usb hub PCB

Usb hub is an open source PCB design by snakeye, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 4-layer board measuring 100 × 45 mm, with 39 components from 24 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the CH217K, USBLC6-2SC6 and M24C02-FMN. By type, the board carries 11 resistors, 8 ICs, 8 capacitors, 5 connectors, 5 diodes and 1 crystal.

It belongs with the usb & debug tools and power & battery designs in this gallery.

From the project

USB Hub (2x USB-A + 2x USB-C, USB 2.0)

Custom 4-port USB 2.0 hub designed for desk use and monitor-stand mounting.

This project exists because most off-the-shelf hubs did not fit my setup: ports were inconvenient, USB-C required adapters, and one purchased hub regularly stopped working after the host resumed from sleep. The goal here is simple: stable USB 2.0 data ports for everyday hardware tools, with the exact connector layout I need.
