About the Peak holder PCB

Peak holder is an open source PCB design by umn-impish, published on GitHub under the MPL-2.0 license. It is a 4-layer board measuring 70 × 38 mm, with 73 components from 34 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the OPA615IDGST, DS1100Z-20+, TMUX1102DBVR, TLV3601DBVR and 74LVCE1G04SE-7. By type, the board carries 34 capacitors, 19 resistors, 14 ICs and 3 connectors.

This was intended to be a peak holding circuit with integrated, configurable reset logic. It works to an extent but has several flaws as is: - The peak hold works, but only with input pulses above threshold (some hundred or so millivolt) - The reset logic is a bit finnicky; the internal delays for processing the logic signals is not quite calibrated and could use some work.
