About the CPCSound PCB

CPCSound is an open source PCB design by Bread80, published on GitHub under the CERN-OHL-P-2.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 99.1 × 71.1 mm, with 57 components from 13 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the 74LS145 and AY-3-8910. By type, the board carries 37 diodes, 11 resistors, 3 jumpers, 2 ICs, 2 connectors and 2 capacitors.

It belongs with the retro computing designs in this gallery.

Modular Amstrad CPC Compatible Computer (WiP)

***This project is an unfinished work in progress. It currently has bugs and not all the features have been tested!

The current modules are designed to fit a slightly modified RC2014 Pro backplane. In the text below I shall explain the current status of the project, workarounds needed to get it running and basic build details. Due to the work in progress status of the project this document will be intentionaly terse.
