About the SWD-Adapter PCB
SWD-Adapter is an open source PCB design by grumat, published on GitHub under the GPL-2.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 19.1 × 26.7 mm, with 7 components from 7 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the NCP163. By type, the board carries 2 connectors, 2 capacitors, 1 IC, 1 switch and 1 resistor.
It belongs with the usb & debug tools designs in this gallery.

This is a simple adapter board to help connect a SWD board to a standard 20-pin JTAG connector.
Beyond the standard DIO and CLK signals, the board offers access to the SWO input. An access to the RST output is also provided, which is very common on the BlackPill board variant.
Note that the pin layout favors connection to the popular BluePill using a standard 4 pin flat cable, without twisting any wire.
