An electronic dash for Gryphon Racing Vechicles 22-Present

Ensure that the can interface on the RPi is active

- Install Python & ensure it is installed to PATH. - Install CMake & ensure it is installed to PATH. - Install Visual Studio 2022 & ensure the Desktop Development C++ extension is installed.

Run the conan install script (-pr is the profile being used, the options are found in ConanProfiles)
