About the Servo tester PCB
Servo tester is an open source PCB design by hammadurrehman2006, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 32.7 × 29.6 mm, with 10 components from 10 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the NE555P. By type, the board carries 3 resistors, 2 connectors, 2 diodes, 1 IC and 1 capacitor.
It belongs with the robotics & motion designs in this gallery.
From the project
A collection of KiCad PCB designs developed during my Electronic Engineering degree (2024-28). Includes university projects, personal experiments, and custom components—featuring schematics, layouts, Gerber files, and documentation. Open-source hardware for education, collaboration, and real-world manufacturing.
This is Day 3 of my 10-Day PCB Design Challenge, where I design PCB projects starting from simple circuits and gradually moving towards more complex ones.
For today’s design, I created a 2-layer Servo Tester PCB using KiCad. This circuit is based on a 555 Timer IC and a potentiometer to generate PWM signals for testing servo motors.
