Small CEM3320 based low pass filter PCB, designed to plug into a larger motherboard.

CEM3320 based LPF with Q compensation. This PCB includes the audio path and CV inputs for frequency and feedback, but does not include any modulation sources.

The intended use for this board is to plug in to a larger motherboard which contains slots for one or more of these plug-in boards, as well as modulation sources, panel controls, and input/output routing.

CEM3320 LPF plug in board: common questions

What microcontroller does the CEM3320 LPF plug in board use?

The CEM3320 LPF plug in board is built around the STM32F405RGT6, from the STM32 family.

How big is the CEM3320 LPF plug in board?

The CEM3320 LPF plug in board measures 58.4 × 50.8 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the CEM3320 LPF plug in board?

42 components, from 26 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the CEM3320 LPF plug in board design files?

From the JordanAceto/angelo_modular repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the CEM3320 LPF plug in board design in my own project?

Yes, under the terms of its CC-BY-4.0 license, which JordanAceto chose for the repository.

Can I test firmware for the CEM3320 LPF plug in board without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug STM32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
