1 dual PMOD, 12ADCbits+1clk + 1SPI (without MISO): based on the AD8331+ADC+DAC from https://github.com/kelu124/lit3rick/ (altium source in hardware folder) . Connector in: SMA, with MD0100 to protect. Possible elements: AD8331 ADC: AD9629BCPZ-65: 12bits, DAC: MCP4812-E/MS

Only logic through PMOD: positivepulse, negativepulse, damp. Expose remaining IOs on a 2.54" rail on the PMOD board (with 3.3V and GND as well) External GPIOs for +HV, -HV, GND. Internal : Positive: 3.3V -> 5V booster ; Negative: -5V rail for example (not mandatory if simpler exists)…

PICO DAC2932: common questions

What microcontroller does the PICO DAC2932 use?

The PICO DAC2932 is built around the Pico, from the RP2040/RP2350 family.

How big is the PICO DAC2932 PCB?

The PICO DAC2932 measures 85.5 × 54 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the PICO DAC2932?

42 components, from 26 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the PICO DAC2932 design files?

From the kelu124/oshmri repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the PICO DAC2932 design in my own project?

The repository has no license, so all rights stay with kelu124. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.

Can I test firmware for the PICO DAC2932 without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug RP2040/RP2350 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
