dawsonjon wrote 12/11/2023 at 19:03 Hi, Thanks for your interest! I'm using a FST3253 for the mixer, and LTC6227 for the dual op-amp, but I used an LT6231 in the prototype and that worked fine. The PCB uses 74CBT3251 for the low-pass filter switching and a LTC6226 as an optional pre-amplifier. I have just uploaded the Schematic, Bill of Materials, and Gerbers. The code (and loads more documentation) is on the github project https://github.com/dawsonjon/PicoRX and the wiki https://github.com/dawsonjon/PicoRX/wiki. If anything is missing, or needs further explanation, please let me know. Thanks…

PicoRX-ADC: common questions

What microcontroller does the PicoRX-ADC use?

The PicoRX-ADC is built around the MD0100N8-G, from the RP2040/RP2350 family.

How big is the PicoRX-ADC PCB?

The PicoRX-ADC measures 80.3 × 54 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the PicoRX-ADC?

52 components, from 45 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the PicoRX-ADC design files?

From the kelu124/oshmri repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the PicoRX-ADC design in my own project?

The repository has no license, so all rights stay with kelu124. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.

Can I test firmware for the PicoRX-ADC without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug RP2040/RP2350 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
