About the CForge PCB
CForge is an open source ESP32 PCB design by SamhithPola2025, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 27.7 × 54.5 mm, with 49 components from 25 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the ESP32-S3, from the ESP32 family. Other key parts include the NCP1117-3.3_TO252, APS6404L-3SQRx-ZR and LD1117S33TR_SOT223. By type, the board carries 18 capacitors, 13 resistors, 6 connectors, 4 ICs, 4 switches and 3 diodes.
It belongs with the dev boards & breakouts and iot & wireless designs in this gallery.
From the project
CircuitForge is a breakout board for the popular ESP32-s3 chip that includes many breakout pins, a microsd card slot, wifi support, compatible with any other ESP32 setup, and has programming via USB 3.0.
Note: $6.00 of buffer is added for shipping or tariff changes. Any unused buffer will be returned.

CForge: common questions
What microcontroller does the CForge use?
The CForge is built around the ESP32-S3, from the ESP32 family.
How big is the CForge PCB?
The CForge measures 27.7 × 54.5 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the CForge?
49 components, from 25 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the CForge design files?
From the SamhithPola2025/CForge repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the CForge design in my own project?
Yes, under the terms of its MIT license, which SamhithPola2025 chose for the repository.
Can I test firmware for the CForge without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug ESP32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
