ESP32-S3 Wi-Fi remote STM32 flashing and logging probe. Tscircuit remains the declarative source for the schematic, exact footprints, BOM, and reviewed placement. Phase 3 routing is maintained in the KiCad project under kicad/.
The first hardware revision supports self-powered 3.3 V targets only: VTREFIN` must be within 3.0 V to 3.6 V. VTREF is a sense/reference input and never powers the target. TMUX1574 is a bidirectional switch, not a level translator; 1.8 V and 5 V targets are not supported.

Remote flash probe: common questions
What microcontroller does the Remote flash probe use?
The Remote flash probe is built around the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1-N16R8, from the ESP32 family.
How big is the Remote flash probe PCB?
The Remote flash probe measures 92 × 48 mm, has 4 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Remote flash probe?
70 components, from 34 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Remote flash probe design files?
From the skywalker0507/remote-flash-probe-tscircuit repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Remote flash probe design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with skywalker0507. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the Remote flash probe without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug ESP32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
